🛍️ Shipping Policy

Epic Trends Online currently ships within the United States only.
We process and ship orders within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Delivery Details:

  • Domestic delivery time: 5–10 business days via USPS .

  • Tracking numbers are sent by email once your order ships.

  • Please double-check your address before checkout — we can’t make changes once an order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Epic Trends Online is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
If this happens, please contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number to file a claim.

International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

All sales from Epic Trends Online are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at epictrendsonline@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Once reviewed, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused to qualify for a replacement.

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment provider (Wix Payments / Stripe).

  • Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout, where applicable.

We run our store on Wix. Payments are processed by providers such as Wix Payments/Stripe/PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay (as enabled). These processors receive your payment details directly—we do not store full card numbers. Each partner processes data under its own privacy terms.

4) Sharing Your Information

We share the minimum necessary with:

  • Service providers (hosting, payments, analytics, email service, delivery carriers).

  • Law enforcement or legal requests when required by law or to protect our rights.
    We do not sell your personal information.
